2007-2008 Employee Parking Information Employees who are having parking fees deducted from payroll do not have to take any action at this time unless their mailing addresses have changed over the past two years. A permit for the same zone and gate access will be mailed to employees and payroll deduction rates will change each September. Most employee permits expire August 15, 2009. Employees whose permits are not paid by payroll deduction may find information here. Rates for non-reserved spaces in decks and surface lots have increased slightly.
