2008-2009 Department Parking Information

Department Rates Beginning with the 2008-2009 permit year, there will be no distinction in the parking rates charged to departments as opposed to individuals. The previous "departmental rate" is no longer be available.

On-line permit renewal begins Monday, July 7 at 10:00 a.m. and ends August 1, 2008. In order to renew on-line, departments will be provided a special access code by Parking and Transportation Services prior to July 7. Persons renewing for departments will use their NetID's to enter the site.

Once authenticated, simply select the permits to be renewed and verify or provide a fund code. A confirmation email will be sent and the permits will be mailed to the department, possibly in separate shipments.

Requests for new permits, renewals where costs are shared between the department and employee, or renewals paid by procurement card must be made by submitting this form to Parking and Transportation Services, Box 90644, 0100 Facilities Center, Coal Pile Drive.
